Finally got the Halfer home last night. Berrel is pristine and the thing shoots quite well, except it seems to have a tendency to 'gum' up a bit once in a while. The more I look at it and pump it I don't think its just crud, but possibly a matter of construction?
For instance, if you don't make sure to fully pump it back all the way, it will seem to hang up. Sometimes you have to throw the pump forward just a wee bit too 'unlock' the bolt as well after a pull of the trigger.
Revisiting the blue again, its not 80% either
Am looking at a replacement buttstock from a certain manufacturer, which would be correct, pistol grip or straight grip?
