1858 New Army .44 Caliber

I am looking for some info on this pistol. Also looking for grips.
Serial # 36047
On Barrel: Patented Sept.14,1858
E. Remington & Sons, Illion, NY USA
New Model
It also has a B on the left side brass near the trigger, and a Z under the grip.
