REM-UMC 1924 (?) Palma Match .30 caliber 200 grain

Found these, apparently pretty rare. Anyone know anything more about them?

Remington's third year of a special government contract, supplying ammunition for the Olympics and Palma matches, using this load with a 200 grain bullet. Headstamps are REM-UMC 30-200-06







Box is pretty worn, but interestingly enough it says

FOR .30 SPRINGFIELD 1903 AND REMINGTON MODEL 30 SPORTING RIFLE
