Sounds like you have a standard Spanish contract Rolling Block. The crowns on the barrel bands indicate it went to Spain. The F8925 on the tangs are assembly numbers. The F and P are inspector stamps.

Is your rifle chambered for the 11mm Spanish cartridge or the 11mm Egyptian cartridge?

11mm Egyptian. I have been using it for over 20 years with 43 (11mm) Egyptian and it is very accurate

I am embarrassed... It must have been a senior moment.... On checking my Egyptian Rolling Block i found that the barrel bands are stampted with a 'U' and not a crown. That must have been a previous one...oops.

The "U" means UP as in the direction to install the rifle bands.
