I have a Remington arms co. Ilion, NY. the only numbers i can find on the gun are 34805 and there is a number 36.
The gun is a 10 GA. side by side DBL. barrel with two hammers and two triggers, it seems to be pretty old.
anyone have an ideal of what model this is and what year it was made?

The Remington Arms Co. only made one hammer double barrel model, the 1889. Serial numbers began at 30000. Serial number 34805 would have been made in 1890.
