I have records straight from Remington. Early 12s are a little bit more desirable. 22 long rifle only, 22 short only, steel magazine tube instead of brass are all things that make them more sought after. As of value oddity and condition are your biggest factors. I would say a 12-A standard round barrel with all the normal options in 90% or better condition would be in the $650. to $700. range. This is being graded on a scale where 100% is brand new. Some people grade on a age curve. Stay away from those people.
