? on Front Sight...700-660

Funny how things work out. I just found this site and a guy at work asks me about his rifle.

He has a Model 660 and needs a front sight. Not the ramp but just the sight. Didn't ask why. I told him I thought I remembered that the Model 660 and the Model 600 Mohawk used the same front sight as the Model 700. I might have one in the drawer at home but wanted to make sure before I started looking for it. That cabinet is not the most organized thing in the reloading room.

Well, you made it sound like I didn't make myself clear enough for you in my first post with your "If you are asking the question..."
and yet you still figured it out.

Thought with all your knowledge you could tell me if I still had one in the drawer.
