Rem. Mod. 11

I have a 16 Ga. Mod. 11 that I can't get the bolt out of . The gun dates to Dec. 1946 , and all S/Ns match . The receiver doesn't have a cutout in the ejection port for the latch/link pin to pass through . The hole on the left side of the receiver doesn't line up with the latch/link pin either . Has anyone delt with one of these . I need to get it stripped for refinishing !Thanks for the help . This is my first post on this site , but I've visited many times .
