Re: model 11 shotgun Date of Mfgr?
The Remington Model 11 was introduced in 20-gauge in early 1930, with serial numbers beginning at 1000000. The receiver with the serial number 1011090 was in production in the factory at Ilion in mid-June 1930. Remington produced over 36000 20-gauge Model 11s that first year and only another 13000 in the next seven years. So, they were likely selling out of inventory all that time. On my 20-gauge there is an M (for million) ahead of the last five digits of the serial number on the barrel ring. So, I'd guess your gun has a barrel off serial number 1039953 which would be a gun in production in mid-May 1931. The REP in the oval is Remington Explosive Proof. The anchor is an inspectors mark, and has nothing to do with the U.S. Navy. There should be a two-letter date code on the left side of the barrel near the choke marking.

The original barrel that your gun left Ilion with would have carried the same serial number as the receiver. Quite probably marked M 11090. A lot of barrel swapping has been done in the past 81 years since your gun was built. I have no idea about a synthetic stock.
