model 11 Breech Bolt

I am in the process of restoring my Model 11 serial #140xxx using the old style rust bluing process. Can anyone tell me if the bolt is suppost to be blued? I have looked at many pictures to try to determine what the original bolt looked like but each one looked a little bit different. I have seen the bolt clean steel, blued, and the bolt clean steel with the handle blued. Which is the right way?

Should have a blue cocking handle, bolt "in the white" (no finish)
