1100 Skeet T

I have a Remington 1100 Skeet T grade 28ga with a fixed skeet 25" barrel. I am wondering what this firearm is worth. I have someone that is wanting buy it from me but I am not sure of the value of it. I would say it is about 95-98%. The wood looks to be an exhibition grade of wood. It is high gloss and looks great. No blemishes in the blue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
