What is the difference between #29565 Deer - with rifle sights 21" RS and #29571 Special Purpose Deer - with rifle sights 21" RS barrels for Model 1100 shotgun?

Part numbers, and one is probably flat black and the other is blued.

You never see a special purpose gun with a blued finish.
