I am trying to find out a private transaction value on an 1100 DU commemorative made in 1982 called The Atlantic. I am looking to purchase from an older friend. Gun is in very good shape, used maybe 5 times and hasen't been used in almost 20 years.

I would suggest looking on Gunbroker and GunsAmerica and do some comparing. I have been trolling there and bought two 1100s recently, and am getting a 3rd shortly, but I am after a 20 for my stepson. It seems to me I saw one of the "flyway" models go for like $550 a week or two ago. It was in excellent plus shape. The smaller gauges are more in demand because there are soooo many 12 gauge 1100s.
