Model 1900 w/ straight grip stock
Can't say I've seen one before this but the serial number on the long tang was in the correct 300,000 block and stamped not engraved. Serial number indicates it was in the first 20,000 built. No "Q" prefix. Checkering was standard cut 1900 style. Not in the greatest shape. Condition probably 60% at best. 28" steel barrels, no ejectors. "K" stamped on underside of both barrels indicates 1900 model as well. They must have used a leftover stock from the 1898, I assume. Working on a purchase.

I have never seen a straight stock 1900 that I can recall. Look under the long Tang and see if the stock is numbered to the gun? Remington used to mark all their stocks in large numbers in the cut out where the trigger guard is recessed into the stock. Jay Huber RSA

I'd never say never, but I've never seen one. Likewise I have Remington Arms Co. catalogues from every year the K-/KE-/KD-/KED-Grades were produced (except 1907) and they all show only the half-pistol grip and the text only states half-pistol grip.
