Leftside of Barrel Full and closer to the reciever is DAV, number on reciever is35xxxx.

A barrel date code of DA would be for September 1954. Or, AV would be March 1979. The three letters together don't make any sense as a date code.

The "V" is much larger than DA if this helps.
