Mounting screws for Lyman R25 sight

I have recently acquired the aforementioned sight without screws. What screws do I need to mount it to my Remington model 25 rifle? Any leads on where to buy two of these?

The TPI can be determined by the screws in the receiver. Original screws may be difficult to locate, direct replacements may be difficult also. Both Brownells and your local hardware store may have suitable screws, you may need to fit head diameter and overall length.
