Rolling Block

Have rolling block with X1349 stamp on receiver. Would like to know where to find any info on this piece, like type date etc. would appreciate any help or knowledge about this. Would like to see about building this for grandson.

Where is this number stamped on the receiver? A picture of the complete receiver from a couple angles will help identify what it may have come from. And other markings besides the number also might help.
