Remington 760 purchase price

I am going to look at 2 Remington 760s this Friday. Both are in 30-06 and neither are the deluxe model. The first one was made in 1968, has a Weaver K3 post reticle scope and according to the owner has never been fired. The second one is was made in 1961, is 98% and is wearing a Weaver K4. A total of 4 original magazines come with the package. My quandary is that I have no idea what they are worth? I know this gentleman well and he is ultra picky. Anything he has is immaculate. Of course I have looked a GunBroker and the prices are all over the place. Any input would be appreciated!
