Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum and this is my first post.
Believe it or not, I've owned a number of Remington firearms over the years and presently own a 870 Super Express and older Model 1100. I have been shooting and collecting for years.
I just got back to the house from going to a coworker and friends house to put his 870 back together that he bought used from a gun dealer the other day. The robust and simple ingenious design of the 870 makes it a great gun to work on! He had difficultly reassembling the action bar and bolt back into the reciever.
Tomorrow I am expecting a 18" cylinder bore barrel for my 870 Super Express where it will resume a new role in its ownership as a HD shotgun.
If my friend with the older Wingmaster likes it, I may "snooker" him into a nice trade for his shotgun!
Guns and friends are definately made to be together!
Best and thank you,
Chris
