I think this is actually the place:

Laib's Gunsmithing
201 Hwy 23 North
Spicer, MN 56288
Phone: (320) 796-2686
Fax: (320) 796-4570
Email: plaib@tds.net

Models: M3200 receiver upgrades, rebuild of f/end irons & f/ends, M3200 assorted parts.

Everything I've read indicates that they bought up the remaining inventory of parts and do the rebuilding of the 3200s. There were "problems" with the earlier guns......I believe the metal was too soft in the receiver around the firing pin area. Originally, Remington did the refurbishing but at some point was able to pass it off to Laib's Gunsmithing. I have one of the earlier ones in the 14xxx range which was not sent in to the factory by the original owner (I'm the second owner). I looked into what it would cost to have mine "fixed".......almost as much as the original gun cost me.

Here's another link about them.

And, for what it's worth........I believe that the person who posts as "Researcher01" on the Shotgunworld forum is the same person as "Researcher" on this forum.
