Photos would be very helpful. The Navy rifle was chambered for the .50-70 cartridge. Generally, military Rolling Blocks were not serial numbered. Photos of these #s on yours would help. What are the tang markings. If your rifle has a short forearm with a long barrel it may have been cut down. Photos.

Only a date and 3 figure numbers? Swedish?
