I suspect that there were more than 300 of these rechambered. Bill Wescomb converted quite a few and he supposedly marked them "11mm MANN". I've seen several others that have been converted and not marked. I own a carbine in nice condition converted and not marked. A fired case comes out with a double shoulder. At any rate, since the conversion is a modern one I would say that your rifle is worth less than one in original and otherwise equal condition. Determining a value without having it in hand is impossible.
