As far as a grip cap that is made today I can't say I could recommend one. There is a company that is now advertising in the classified ads in the journal called N C Ordanance (252)237-2440 or www.gungrip.com. They say they can make any plastic buttplate grips and grip caps if they had a sample to mold it from. I seriously doubt they would have a sample No. 7 grip cap, but if they have a good picture and measurements they could probably work one up somehow. They are very reasonable and the model 12 butt plates I have seen look great.
What action are you using? How did you modify it to get the No 7 look. I would be interested in seeing some photos. Where in southern Missouri are you at. I am in MO and I have property in southern MO.

I know where Lesterville is. I have property between Vulcan and Des Arc. Good luck on the build. I want to see pictures of the build.
