If I can wrangle the model 11 I am looking at for my wifes cousin and it turns out to be functional I would like to cut it down to a whipett ala Clyde Barrow.What would I have to do to do it legally? According to a guy at the range a class 3 is not necessay but the batf site may my head spin.Can someone give me the short version? Thank you.
