stainless vs blued steel ?

What is the advantage of a stainless barrel vs a regular steel barrel? I know that stainless should be easier to take care of, but does one do better than the other? I see that there is a lot more regular steel barrels than stainless.

Stainless is suppose to be more weather resistant then blued, but it will eventually rust. I am old fasion so I liked the classy look of the blued, but its personal preference.
