Help me to identify old Firearms

Good Morning!!
I'm Stefano from Italy I need your help to identify a firearms.
I received it from my Dad, it's an old firearms caliber 12mm semiautomatic with two parallel barrel that has this serial number:331398-1470
I know only that my Grandfather bought it in USA at the beginning of 1900.
I would like to know some info concerning the model the name and the year of its building and the possible value.
The firearms is currently in order and I used it to hunt without problems till today.

It's a model 1900 made from 1900-1910. I think there is a little bit of language translation here. It's a 12 Gauge not a 12mm and I'm not sure what you were using semiautomatic for that's when it ejects and loads the next cartridge making it ready to fire, or at least that's my laymen definition.

KE – Remington steel, auto ejectors
KD – 2 stripe Damascus barrels
KED – 2 strip Damascus, auto ejectors

Perfect! "Semiautomatic" means that it ejects and loads the next cartridge making it ready to fire.

It ejects and YOU load, here semiautomatic means the firearm does both ...
