Rifle Information Request

I inherited what I think is a .32 caliber rolling block single shot rifle. Looking at the barrel horizontally, it has the number 32 vertical and the number 153368 horizontal along the length of the barrel on the bottom right in front of the foregrip. On top of the barrel in front of the rear sight is "REMINGTON ARMS Co. ILION, N.Y. U.S.A." This exact same information is on the top rear of the metal action where it screws on to the rear stock. That is everything on it. The rifle is 38" long and has a 23-1/2" barrel. Any information on the age or value of this rifle is greatly appreciated.

Your description could mean several different models. You can view four different rolling blocks on our website "Remington Armory Press". Click on download pages. You should see your model there.
My guess would be a No. 4...
