Need a LITTLE HELP 700 7MM/06 & Rem 700

Have a chance to purchase a Rem 700 in 7mm/06 I have heard these rifles
where called back app 200 manufactured but not all returned.
what would be value today are they that collectable ?
Also could you help me with year of production of a Rem 700 in 300wm

The 300 looks to be July of 1982ish
