A couple of pieces of information might help, like at what distance is it 2" high and what ammunition are you using. Keep in mind that these guns "digest" standard velocity ammunition better than high velocity and it is far more accurate. When I was with DuPont I worked a short while at Remington and they only used standard velocity for sighting/testing but that was back in the late 50's/early 60's.
The size of the target you are using could also affect the impact point, best use a 50' smallbore rifle target (which I think they are discontinuing) for sighting in..............failing all the above, take the other chaps advice and get a higher front sight!
